Set on the hillside overlooking Falmouth Harbour and the Antigua Yacht Club Marina is the new and exclusive development of the Antigua Yacht Club Marina Resort.

Built to exacting architectural standards and set in beautiful tropical landscaped gardens, the resort and apartments have unrivalled panoramic views of Falmouth Harbour and the multi-million dollar yachts who visit yearly. The location is perfect for vacationers looking for easy access to tranquil beaches, superb sailing, and turquoise clear waters. The resort consists of an intimate 19 room hotel alongside 36 single or double suite studio residences. There is a calming spa, Turkish Steam Bath, gym and massage rooms for those wanting to rejuvenate mind and body on vacation. Use of the Health Club is free to Resort residents and can be arranged on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis for people wishing to take advantage of the facilities. The massage rooms offer a variety of therapies from reiki to reflexology and should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

The Resort comprises of 30 executive suites studio residences (either as single or double unit configurations) and a 19 room Hotel. All rooms are equipped with private balconies, ceiling fans, air condition units, In-room safes, satellite television, hairdryers, direct dial phones, wireless broadband internet access. The resort boasts of a health spa, turkish steam bath, fully equipped fitness centre and a dedicated emergency room with first aid and accident/emergency assistance available.

Deposits: Three nights' deposit is required to guarantee reservation. We accept Visa and Mastercard, however we do not accept American Express. Please note that cancellations made in excess of 30 days of the arrival time will only be refunded the value of one night, while cancellations made within 30 days will not be refunded.

Payment Policies: Rates are based on up to double occupancy per room and subject to 22.5% Government Tax and Service Charge. Extra person in same room 12 years and younger FREE. Extra person in same room 13 years and up $60.00USD per night.

Arrival/Departure: Check-in time from 3 pm and check-out time by 12pm.
