Caribbean Star Villa is a large Caribbean-style family vacation home in the gated community of Orient Bay. The house is only a two blocks walk from the famous white sand Orient Beach, the most popular and best serviced beach on the island. Orient Village is one block away and offers grocery shopping, cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, French bakery, and other boutiques.

This villa is one of the few properties on St. Martin at which you won’t necessarily need a rental car. The excellent taxi service on St. Martin will provide transportation to and from the airport. If you want to stay in a villa and self-contained neighborhood with shopping, dining, and beach, then Orient Bay is for you.

Caribbean Star Villa: Main Features

The villa is a single family home on two levels. The main level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a salon, kitchen, and laundry room. There is a large deck with dining area and sitting lounge. Off the upper terrace is an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill and sink. The upper and lower terraces are enclosed by beautiful awnings that provide privacy and protection from the sun. The master bedroom is furnished with a King sized and beautiful double-sink bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third has two twin beds. Each bedroom and the main living area contains air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

The lower level offers a private entrance to a fourth large bedroom furnished with a Queen sized bed. There is also an entrance through the main level. There is also a private bathroom and a kitchenette. The swimming pool is directly accessed from this bedroom. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool.

The property is completely fenced and well lighted externally. If you like private sunbathing, you can enjoy it at this villa without being disturbed by neighbors or street traffic.

Upper Terrace:

The huge upper floor terrace features an eight person dining table and a lounge area. The entire terrace is protected by full awnings. An outdoor kitchen area provides BBQ and easy clean up with an outdoor sink.

Main Living Area and Kitchen: The main living room is furnished with a large comfortable couch, flat screen television with American and French satellite TV with over 100 channels.

The kitchen is furnished with a large refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker and espresso maker. The kitchen is appointed with all necessary dishes and utensils for home cooking. A separate laundry room has a washer and dryer.

Terms & Conditions Reservations A deposit equal to 50% of the total is required within seven business days to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Cancellations All cancellations are subject to a minimum 35% cancellation fee based upon the total cost of booking. Cancellations received 90 days or less prior to departure are Non-Refundable. Christmas and New Year’s bookings are also non-refundable. Security and Damage Deposits The deposits are refunded in 30 to 90 days after the end of each rental. We expedite the refunds of deposits as best we can. Occupancy by the Numbers No parties, weddings or large gatherings allowed in the villas without written permission. Villas may not be occupied by more guests than specified in the rental contract. Rates are based on occupancy and additional fees may apply. Tax & Service Charge All taxes are included in price.
