Sugar Beach is one of the few vacation spots on St. Croix where all of the spacious units (5 sizes available) directly face the beach, and offer every guest unspoiled ocean views. Sugar Beach units are uniquely decorated in a manner not seen at many luxurious resorts, with hand carved pottery and baskets, local paintings, and art work. Every unit offers a spacious living/dining area, extra closets complete with linens and plenty of towels, and a private bath for every bedroom. Ceiling fans assist our gentle tradewinds in assuring your comfort and all units have central air conditioning as well.
Our crystal clear, free-form, fresh water pool, with deck and adjoining enclosed pavilion (featuring a free internet PC and free Wi-Fi) make for a delightful retreat. Come lay on the beach during the day basking in the warm tropical sun with a frozen drink. At night immerse yourself in the unforgettable starry sky; an island romance. Our guests enjoy unlimited tennis day or night on either of our lighted hard surface tennis courts.

We just spent ten days at Sugar Beach Condos and had a great experience. Our condo was clean and quiet with an exceptional view. All of the staff at the facility (thank you Francis and Eliza) were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend Sugar Beach and we would stay there again. Having the beach out our door was great. Each day the sea grass was cleaned from the beach. Snorkeling from the condo was good. Rays, lobster, barracuda, etc. Although we ate at many great restaurants (not to include the highly overrated Kendricks) during our stay, Breezes right next door to the condos was not only convenient but excellent! We also couldn't get over how courteous all of the driver's were on the island (take note Boise drivers) Thanks again for an excellent vacation!
