Located on a quiet, tree lined residential street, near the heart of Cruz Bay. This gem is a wonderful choice for your private island vacation. Fully furnished and equipped with an ADT alarm system for your security, and all the comforts you would expect in a luxury retreat. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with plenty of closet and drawer space and also has its own private balcony. The master bathroom has double sinks with full length wall mirror and a cosmetic vanity. All of the baths have large walk in showers which add to the comfort level and privacy of this beautiful estate. The remaining two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 twins have ample closet space. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The great room offers comfortable sofas to relax with music, satellite TV or the Wii gaming center. There is a large fully equipped custom kitchen with state of the art appliances offering the freedom to cook the most complex meals or just quickly heat up those leftovers from one of the many great restaurants here on St. John. Make yourself an Espresso, open those large sliding glass doors and relax on the patio of your choice. Off the master bedroom is a patio with 2 large lounge chairs and breakfast table... ...or off the great room is a large comfortable moon shaped couch with coffee table. In the dining area there is a large carved mahogany dinner table which allows for entertaining 2 to 10 persons for dinner. You even have the silver, plates and glassware to make your dinner presentation aesthetically appealing. This Villa is suited to your every need: Wifi and printer, washer/dryer, iron, etc. Also available are beach chairs, beach bag, umbrella, cooler, towels, and beach toys. Destination St. John arranges vehicle rentals as a customer courtesy. We accept no liability for any problems or disagreements with any rental agency.
