The balance of deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival. No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you be forced to cancel for any reason, and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% fee based on the total rental amount. Because of this strict policy, we urge you to obtain Traveler’s cancellation insurance. We highly recommend trip cancellation insurance between June 1st and November 30th due to our unpredictable storm season, should a hurricane be predicted – you may be asked to leave the villa and no refunds will be given. We recommend all guests should obtain Traveler’s cancellation insurance due to the unpredictability of airline cancellations and itinerary change
