This vacation home has air-conditioned in bedrooms only, has a complete kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker! There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen size bed and the second bedroom with 1 full and 1 twin.

If there is less than 90 days notice, 20% of the rental shall be retained ONLY if the unit is subsequently rented. If we can not rent the unit, we shall retain the entire deposit. EXCEPTION: FOR RESERVATIONS BETWEEN DEC. 15 AND JAN. 7, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. In case of cancellation, notice must be received by ISLAND WEST PROPERTIES, INC. in writing by certified, return mail. No refunds for early check outs except when the island goes to official hurricane warning.
