Now with plug-in and Wi-Fi internet! Newly renovated Fall 2009! Fully equipped kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, 2 king size beds and 4 queen mattress sets!!! Wi-Fi Internet access! This home sleeps 10 guests maximum.
This home has everything to make your stay pleasant & comfortable. The main floor has the kitchen and dining area and a sitting area with a TV- all AC'd! There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king and one with 2 queen size beds, both are AC'd. There is one bathroom on this floor with a shower. This ground floor will work wonderfully for someone with limited mobility.
Upstairs is the living room, new AC fall 2011 and windows looking out at the ocean and Desecheo Island! There is a flat screen 42"TV with cable TV! There are 2 more bedrooms up here, again one with a king size bed and one with 2 queen size beds. All bedrooms are AC'd. There is the laundry room with a washer and new dryer. Another bathroom with a shower is up here as well. The home has 4 TV's with cable boxes and 2 TVs for DVD players only. Both living rooms has a TV with cable. The downstairs master has a TV/cable and the upstairs bedroom with the 2 queen beds has a TV/cable hookup.
In the backyard you have a gas BBQ and a patio with lounge chairs. Step out the gate, you are on beautiful Sea Beach- a nice swimming beach. Turn to the left and in less than 5 minutes you are at the Rincon of the Seas Hotel, a little past that is the Villa Cofresi- a very family friendly hotel with banana boat rides & kayak rentals, a great bar on the beach with hamburgers, pinchos (Puerto Rican style shis kabobs), & try their famous Pirata coconut rum drink!
This home is less than a mile from the Rincón town plaza, grocery stores, 24 hour emergency room and more! There is gated-off street parking for two cars, tandem. The home has a back up water tank. Please enjoy any smoking outside. Book early before these great rates are gone!
Everyone knows Rincon is a great winter escape, but come enjoy Rincon the rest of the year, too!. Treat yourself to the tranquility & beauty when the crowds leave. Travel here in the spring, summer, or autumn & you'll experience a quieter side of Rincon. July is busy & fun when the San Juan families come out to enjoy some beach time, but most other times you will play on almost empty beaches. Early August, the kids return to school, & it's quiet. When the winter waves are gone, Rincon enjoys some of the best snorkeling & diving in the world. Steps Beach at the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve has the best stand of Elk Horn coral close into an island in the world (according to the NOAA researcher who's been following it for over 15 years!). Take one of the local diving boats out to Desecheo Island, only 11 miles off the coast, & enjoy visibility of 100+ ft all the time. Rincon is a year round destination with something for everyone. Other Comments: This home is in a residential neighborhood. No loud noise or parties. Must be at least 25 years of age and present to book. Not suitable for unaccompanied students. Please enjoy any smoking outside the home.

EXCEPTION: FOR RESERVATIONS BETWEEN DEC. 15 AND JAN. 7, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. In case of cancellation, notice must be received by ISLAND WEST PROPERTIES, INC. in writing by certified, return mail. No refunds for early check outs except when the island goes to official hurricane warning.
